Zucchini Bread

1 Cup
Salad Oil- Light tasting vegetable oil

2 CupsSugar
2 CupsZucchini
1 Can
Crushed Pineapple
3 CupsFlour
2 tsp.Baking Soda
2 tspSalt
1 1/2 tspBaking Powder
1 1/2 tspNutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, prepare bread pans. Beat the eggs and add the salad oil and sugar. Stir in the Zucchini, crushed pineapple, flour, baking soda, salt, baking pwder and nutmet. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
