Stroganoff Loaf

From Jankowski Family Recipe Box 

Ingredients 

1Egg - Beaten1 Cup     Sour Cream 
2/3 CupMilk1 1/2 PoundsGround Beef
3/4 CupRolled Oats1 3oz canMushrooms - drained
1 tspSalt1/2 CupOnion - chopped
1 tspWorcestershire Sauce2 TbspOleo
1/4 tspPepper 

Directions 

Combine all ingredients from the first column, add beef and mix well.  Place half the meat in loaf pan.  Make a well in the meat in the loaf pan.  Brown mushrooms and onions in oleo, spoon into well, add the sour cream.  Top with the remaining meat.  Seal.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
