Pepper Steak

Ingredients 

1 LargeRound Steak
1 LargeGreen Pepper - diced
1 CanMushrooms
1/2 CupSauturne Wine
1 CloveGarlic
2 TbspOil

Directions 

Brown garlic in oil, take out and cut meat in 1 inch pieces and brown cook 1/2 hour.  Add the diced green peppers and add salt and pepper to taste cook another 1/2 hour.  Add mushrooms and allow to simmer.  15 minutes before serving add the wine heat thoroughly.
