Ingredients
| 1/2 large | Onion - diced |
| 1 Large | Green pepper - diced |
| 1/2 Cup | Mushrooms |
| 2 stalks | Celery |
| 1 1/2 Cup | Rice |
| 1 cup | Water |
Directions
In a large frying pan saute the vegetables. Add rice and water. Cook until the water is absorbed.
