Rice a la JoAnn

Ingredients 

1/2 largeOnion - diced
1 LargeGreen pepper - diced
1/2 CupMushrooms
2 stalksCelery
1 1/2 CupRice
1 cupWater

Directions 

In a large frying pan saute the vegetables.  Add rice and water. Cook until the water is absorbed.
