| 1 Can (21 oz) | Cherry Pie Filling | |||
| Directions | ||||
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie pan. Beat all ingredients except pie | ||||
filling until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour | ||||
into pie pan and spread out. Spoon pie filling evenly over top and bake for 25 minutes. | ||||
Top with Streusel, bake until streusel is brown about 10 minutes. Refriferate any | ||||
| remaining pie. | ||||
| Streusel: | ||||
| Ingredients | ||||
| 2 Tbsp | Oleo or butter - firm | |||
| 1/2 Cup | Bisquick Baking Mix | |||
| 1/2 Cup | Packed brown sugar | |||
| 1/2 tsp. | Ground Cinnamon | |||
| Directions | ||||
Cut the oleo into the bisquick mix, stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon, Continue | ||||
stirring until the mixture is crumbly. |
