Microwave Easy German Chocolate Cake

From Jankowski Family Recipe Box 

Ingredients 

Frosting 

1/2 CupOle or butter divided
2/3 CupPacked Brown Sugar
2/3 CupCoconut
2/3 CupPecans

Cake 

1 1/2 CupFlour1 tspSalt
1 1/2 CupSugar1 CupMilk
1/4 CupCocoa2/3 CupShortening
1 1/2 tspBaking Powder3Eggs

Directions

Cut wax paper to fit bottom of pan, melt oleo and place brown sugar, coconut and pecans into the melted butter.  Mix together the flour, sugar,  cocoa, baking powder, salt, milk, shortening and eggs.  Divide and spread butter into cake pans.  Microwave for 6 minutes on medium (50 percent) Increase power to high for an additional 2 to 4 minutes.  Let stand for 5 minutes invert onto dish, than put an inverted dish.
