Pumpkin Cake Crunch

IngredientsFrom:
1 16 oz canPumpkinJankowski
3EggsFamily Recipes
1 13 oz canEvaporated Milk
1.2 tspSalt
1 1/2 CupSugar
1 tspNutmeg
1/2 tspGinger
2 tspCinnamon
1/2 tspClover
Directions
Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 13 X 9 pan for 50 to 55 minutes
Blend Pumpkin, eggs, evaporated milk, salt, sugar, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and
clover in mixer. Poor mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 box of yellow cake mix
over batter then add 2 sticks of margarine - sliced over cake mix, sprinkle with chopped
nuts and bake . Besgt when served with whipped cream.
