Ingredients
| 1 Pound | Steak |
| 1 Cup | Flour |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 4 slices | Bread Crumbs |
| To taste | Parsley, garlic, salt and pepper |
| Cooking Oil |
Directions
Cut steak into 3 x 3 inch pieces. Combine eggs, bread crumbs, parley, garlic, salt and pepper. Dip Steak into flour then egg mixture and back to flour. Fry steak in 1/2 inch of oil in a frying pan.
