Italian Steak

From Jankowski Family Recipe Box 

Ingredients 

1 PoundSteak
1 CupFlour
3Eggs
4 slicesBread Crumbs
To tasteParsley, garlic, salt and pepper
Cooking Oil

Directions 

Cut steak into 3 x 3 inch pieces.  Combine eggs, bread crumbs, parley, garlic, salt and pepper. Dip Steak into flour then egg mixture and back to flour.  Fry steak in 1/2 inch of oil in a frying pan.
