| 1 medium | Egg Yolk | |||
| 1/8 tsp | Salt | |||
| 1/2 cup | Sugar | |||
| 8 oz | Cream Cheese | |||
| Directions | ||||
Mix well lemon pie mix, waer, egg yolk, salt and sugar. Add Gelatine to it. Mash | ||||
Cream Cheese and stir in lemon mixture. Beat until smooth. Beat whites until foamy . | ||||
Add 3 tsp. sugar. Beat until stiff, fold into cream cheese mixture. | ||||
| Crust | ||||
Crush Graham crackers,, oleo, cinnamon and sugar together. Press into pie plate. | ||||
Pour filling into pie plate and chill. | ||||
