Chinese Hash

Ingredients 

1 PoundGround Beef
1 MediumOnion - Finely Chopped
1 CupCelery - Finely Chopped
1 CanCream of Mushroom Soup
1 CanCream of Chicken Soup
1 CupWater
1 CupMinute Rice
2 TbspSoy Sauce

Directions 

In a large frying pan brown off the ground beef, onion and celery.  Combine the cream of mushroom soup, the cream of chicken soup water, soy sauce and minute rice.  Pour mixture over ground beef allow to simmer, until rice becomes tender.  15 minutes before serving layer some Chinese noodles over the hash.
