Quick Moist Fudge Cake

Ingredients 

1 Cup	Sugar		1	Egg
1 1/2 cup	Flour		1/2 Cup	Milk
1 tsp	Baking Soda		1/2 Cup	Shortening
1/2 tsp	Salt		1/2 Cup	Boiling Water
1/2 Cup	Cocoa		1 tsp	Vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9 inch square or round pan.  Mix all dry ingredients.  add egg, shortening, milk and vanilla.  Pour over 1/2 cup boiling water.  Mix batter, will not be smooth.  Pour into a greased 9 inch square or round pan.  Bake for 30 minutes.
