Macaroni and Cheese

From the Jankowski Family Recipe Box 

Ingredients 

1 Box	Macaroni
4 Tbsp	Margarine or Oleo - Melted
4 Tbsp	Flour
2 Cups	MIlk
1 Cup	Bread Crumbs
Season to suit	Onion, Celery and pepper
Dot	Oleo or Margarine

Directions

Cook macaroni per  package directions drain and rinse, place in pan.  Make white sauce - melt oleo or margarine and add flour, milk season to taste with salt, pepper, celery and onion powder.  Layer macaroni with cheese and sauce.  Top with bread crumbs and dot with oleo.
