Pickled Beets

Ingredients
1 1/2 Pint
Vinegar
1/2 Pint
Water
2 Cups
Sugar
1/2 tsp
Salt - per quart
Directions
In a saucepan combine all ingredients, boil together and pour over prepared, cooked beets in jars. Seal - makes 4 quarts
