Pickled Beets

Ingredients 

1 1/2 PintVinegar
1/2 PintWater
2 CupsSugar
1/2 tspSalt - per quart

Directions 

In a saucepan combine all ingredients, boil together and pour over prepared, cooked beets in jars.  Seal - makes 4 quarts
