Tarts

Ingredients 

2Eggs4 tspCold Milk
2 CupsBrown Sugar3 TbspOleo or Margarine
1 tsp VanillaHot Water1 CupRaisins, Coconut or Dates
1 pkgPastry Dough

Directions 

Preheat oven to 450 degrees, prepare muffin pan by lining with pastry.  Combine the eggs, brown sugar and vanilla mix and add the cold milk and margarine.  Mix and add the raisins, coconut or date to filling.  Pour into prepared muffin pan.  Bake for 20 minutes.  Yield 18 tarts.
