| 1/4 Cup | Lemon Juice | |||

| 1/2 tsp | Baking Powder | |||
| Directions | ||||
| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, powdered sugar, cut in oleo until mixture clumps together. Press into bottom of 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan, bake at 325 degrees for aproximately 20 minutes, crust should not be brown, cool. Baet eggs, add sugar and beat until dissolved. Add lemon juice and vanilla, sift the 1/4 cup flour and baking powder. Stir into egg mixture, pour over prepared crust . Bake for an additional 24 minutes Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy. | ||||
