Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake

Ingredients

2 Cups	Flour		2	Eggs
2 Cups	Sugar		1 tsp	Vanilla
1 tsp	Baking Soda		1/2 Cup	Oleo or Margarine- 1 stick
1 Cup	Oleo or Margarine		4 Tbsp	Cocoa
4 Tbsp	Cocoa		6  Tbsp	Milk
1 Cup	Water		2 1/2 Cup to 3 Cup	Powder Sugar
1/2 Cup	Milk		1 tsp	Vanilla

 

Directions 

Cake 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with raised sides. Mix flour, sugar and baking soda together in a bowl, set aside.  In a saucepan melt, ole, cocoa, water and bring to a boil.  Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.  Add the 1/2 cup milk, eggs and vanilla mix well.  Pour into greased cookie sheet with sides.  Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.  

Frosting

Melt, oleo, cocoa and milk.  Bring to a boil.  Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.  Frost while cake is warm!
