9 Inch pie plage, preheat oven to 425 degrees prepare pie pan with 1 crust | ||||
Mix together the sugar, tapioca, cinnamon and salt and carefully fold in the fresh | ||||
berries, best to use a fork to do this. Pour into pastry line pie pan, dot with the butter | ||||
Place sendon crust on top and seal. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. | ||||
