| 1 1/2 Cup | Brown Sugar | |||
| 2 | Egg Whites - Unbeaten | |||
| 5 Tbsp | Water | |||
| 1 tsp | Vanilla | |||
| dash | Salt | |||
| Directions | ||||
| Combine egg whites, sugar, salt and water in top of double boiler, mixing thoroughly. Place over rapidly boiling waer. Bet with electric mixer at high speed. Cook for seven minutes or until frosting stands in a peak. Remove from boiler and add vanilla. Beat until stiff enough to spread. | ||||
