Sour Cream Chocolate Cake

Ingredients				From:
2 Cups	Flour			Jankowski
2 Cups	Sugar			Family Recipes
1 Cup	Water
3/4 Cup	Sour Cream
1/4 Cup	Shortening
1 1/4 tsp	Baking Soda
1 tsp	Vanilla
1/2 tsp	Baking Powder
2	Eggs
4 oz	Melted semi sweet chocolate - cooled
	Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting - see recipe
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour the bottom of a 13 X9 pan
MIx all ingredients together in a large bowl, excluding the frosting. Bake for
40 to 45 minutes
* Please note if using self rising flour use 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
