Ingredients
| 2 Tbsp | Butter or margarine |
| 1 Tbsp | Flour - leveled |
| 1 Pint | MIlk - 2 cups |
| 1 Cup | Grated Cheddar Cheese |
Directions
Blend flour into melted butter, add milk and stir until thick. Add cheddar cheese, salt and pepper to taste, stir until blended.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups
