| Directions | ||||
| Into the lukewarm milk place the yeast, sugar, salt, shortening, hot mashed potatoes. Then add the beaten eggs and flour, mix well. Let rise until double inbulk. Roll and cut, let rise until double in bulk, fry in hot shortening. Drain and frost or glaze. When frying turn once during frying and remove when golden brown from hot shortening. | ||||
