In saucepan stir together, sugar brown sugar and water. Bring to a | |||
boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cover and | |||
boil 2 to 3 minutes, Uncover and wash down sides of pan with | |||
pastry brush dipped in cold water. Continue boiling with out | |||
stirring until candy reaches 254 degrees. Set aside to slightly cool. | |||
In large bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Slowly fold into syrup until | |||
thoroughly blended. | |||
