Sea Foam Candy

IngredientsFrom:
1 cupSugarJankowski
1 cup
Light Brown Sugar
Family Recipes
6 TbspWater
2 mediumEgg Whites
2 Cups
Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
Directions
In saucepan stir together, sugar brown sugar and water. Bring to a
boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cover and
boil 2 to 3 minutes, Uncover and wash down sides of pan with
pastry brush dipped in cold water. Continue boiling with out
stirring until candy reaches 254 degrees. Set aside to slightly cool.
In large bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Slowly fold into syrup until
thoroughly blended.
