Cranberry Nut Bread


IngredientsFrom:
3 cupsFlourJankowski
1 1/2 cupsSugarFamily Recipes
1 tspBaking soda
1 TbspBaking powder
2 cups
Chopped Cranberries
1/3 cup
Salad Oil - Light tasting vegetable oil
1 1/2 cupsMilk
3 wholeEggs
2 Tbsp
Ground Orange Peel
1 1/2 cups
Chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare bread pans
In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and soda.
Stir in cranberries, walnuts and orange peel. In a small bowl mix
with a fork beat eggs lightly, stir in milk and oil. Stir egg mixture into
flour mixture, stir until the mixrture is moistened. Put mixture into
loaf pans and bake, Large loaf pans 60 to 65 minutes, small pans
45 to 50 minutes, bake until toothpick inserted into middle comes
out clean.
