Raw Apple Cake

Ingredients 

2 Cup	Sugar		3 Cups	Flour
2 tsp	Cinnamon		2	Eggs
1/2 tsp	Salt		4 Cups	Choped Apples
2 tsp	Baking Soda		1 tsp	Vanilla
1/2 Cup	Oil
Frosting
4 Tbsp	Butter (Softened)		2 tsp	Vanilla
8 oz	Cream Cheese (Softened)		1 1/2 Cup	Powdered Sugar

Directions 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease a 9 by 13 inch pan.  Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and flour.  Add the eggs and chopped apples. Stir in the vanilla and cooking oil.  Bake 1 hr at 350 degrees.

 Frosting  Combine the butter, cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar, beat well.  Frost cake when it has cooled completely.
